Fabrication

Specialising in tubular constructions, we can supply one-off to production bath quantities on all sorts of units: display equuipment, bench units, material handling equipment. If you have any tubular "specials" to produce, FPT can offer you a service and quality that is second to none.

Tube Manipulation

We can bend tube as large as 40mm diameter, but we specialize in tube bending smaller diameters: 15mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, but  - in stainless steel, brass and mild steel. Some of the items we currently produce include mixer taps, shower projection arms, invalid bath seats and display equipment.

Presswork

We have several presses ranging from 20 tons to 80 tons coil fed units both as power and hydraulic facility. If you have any pressing requirements please do not hesitate to contact us - you will find us reliable and competitive.

Sliver Soldering/Soft Soldering

Using either a soft solder (200degC) or silver solder (690degC) on brass or copper joints. We have much experience in this field and together with a well equipped workshop and well trained personnel FPT can offer extremely high quality products.
